For those looking to view all of their current and past support tickets in one location there is a solution. You'll simply need to follow the steps below to activate your account and then sign-in:
- In the top header, choose Sign in
- You'll be presented with a login screen, at the bottom below Sign In are two options. For those that already have submitted a ticket, you can create a password and then sign-in to your account. For those that are in need and are about to create a ticket, you can use the Sign Up option.
- Once you've setup an account or setup your password following the instructions provided. You'll want to sign-in to your account. Once you've done so, you'll be presented with an additional drop-down under your account name.
From here you'll want to choose the Requests item and that will show you all your current and past support tickets.
