MINIBC provides merchants with a variety of email options to communicate important updates and events related to their subscribers. Below is a helpful guide outlining the recommended emails and the specific context each one is designed to address.

Recommended:

| Sign-Up - Successful | Sent upon creation of a subscription. Used to welcome the user to the ‘club’. |
| Renewal - Billing Failure | Sent when funding fails for a recurring subscription. Let’s the customer know to update their details |
| Event - Credit Card Expiry | Sent when the system detects a card will expire before the next renewal. |
| Event - Cancellation | Sent as a confirmation when a custom cancels their subscription. |
| Renewal - Success | Sent upon a successful subscription charge since BigCommerce will not send any notice after the initial invoice email. |
| [BETA] Renewal - Out Of Stock - Skipped Renewal | Sent when "Skip Renewal" is enabled and not all of the items within the subscription are in-stock at the time of renewal. |

| Event - Renewal Skipped | Sent when a customer skips a renewal, as a confirmation of the skip. |
